Production
We have been manufacturing in the Czech town of Telnice near Ústí nad Labem since 1925 until now. All our production is still carried out in the Czech Republic and is focused on the production of goods directly for end customers as well as the production of specialized parts and semi-finished products.
We are most comfortable with iron, aluminium, stainless steel and titanium. Read more in the materials section.
PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Basic production is in the form of so-called deep drawing on special presses, for which we make the moulds ourselves. As a result, we are able to produce original own product lines, but also a wide range of technical mouldings for our customers – e.g. parts for locomotive lights, valves, gas bombs, pressure regulators and much more.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
We manufacture the individual production moulds ourselves and are therefore able to deliver the product to the customer exactly according to his specifications (technical documentation, prototype,…) and including the client’s logo. For more information, please contact us.
QUALITY TESTING
Our products are tested in the State Testing Institute in Jablonec nad Nisou, SGS France and SGS Hong Kong and we hold all relevant certificates. We meet the standards for distribution to the EU, USA, Japan, South Korea and Brazil and wherever the conditions of the previously mentioned countries apply.

Please include any technical specifications or drawings, describe the components of the product and write what output you expect.
The delivery time for small series products is very individual. It depends on the nature of the demand, the complexity of production and other factors. We will, of course, give you a preliminary delivery time together with a quotation.
