Materials

We mainly work with iron, aluminium, stainless steel, Al – Inox, titanium for the production of our product lines or production for partners. We also work with other materials & alloys so do not hasitate to ask us.

We always ensure production materials from domestic sources. In cases where we are not able to obtain the target quality on the Czech market, we use suppliers from EU. In special cases we cooperate with suppliers from Italy, the USA, Russian and Japan.

ALB forming has always met the strictest audit requirements of Decathlon – the materials, manufacturing and technological processes used. The audit also focus on compliance with Decathlon’s Internal Standards in the area of environmental protection and social conditions of employees in the production process.

ALB forming is connected to the System of Associations. fulfilment of EKO-KOM under the number EK-F06022165.

Aluminum

Aluminum products are made of high quality food aluminum – Al 99.5 (ie 99.5% aluminum content, the purest possible quality) – intended for contact with foodstuffs, according to EN 602.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel products are made of stainless steel CrNi 18/10 (chrome, nickel) according to DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304) or CrNi 17/0 according to DIN 1.4016 (AISI 430).

Titanium

Titanium products are made of titanium Gr. 1. Anti-adhesive: PTFE DuPont – highest quality possible

Non-stick surfaces:

For some products used form of non-stick surface – TEFLON ®; or ceramic surface – Ceralon ®.
